The first of which is support on sustainability and the other on commodity sourcing and managementTypically performs one or more of the following as an individual contributor:SustainabilityConsolidate, maintain in a structured manner, and analyze sustainability dataRespond to queries around sustainabilitySupport the revision of sustainability policiesDrive gap closure in sustainability practices vs policy or ethical expectationsPlan for and drive sustainability projects while engaging internal and external stakeholders in a timely and effective mannerCommodity sourcing and managementPerform activities related to the sourcing of materialsDevelop, implement, and communicate company policies and procedures for purchasingPrepare RFQs, meeting company requirements and policiesAnalyze data to drive insights for cost and supply continuity opportunitiesMay coordinate purchasing activities with Fabs and Central Planning teamNegotiate with vendorsUpdate master dataMonitor the cost, schedule and performance metrics of contracts and subcontractsPerform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programsWork on other projects and/or assignments as neededSee description for career level for general proficiency levels pertaining to Job Complexity, Accountability, Relationship Focus, and Knowledge, Skills & Abilities.
