Job description Your primary responsibilities will be: Development of existing customer portfolio and recruitment of new accounts Monitor customer preferences using strategic conversations and being the interface between the business and IT, building solid relationships with customers. Manage and develop customer contact base, drive the sales of our service and vendor offerings, increasing more contacts and reporting on a pipeline of opportunities to cover quarterly targets Create and execute customer retention strategy Up-sell, cross-sell & generate additional sales for INNOVADS's services and offerings. Close cooperation with the Pre-sales team and Technical team, building an account plan with existing resources We find that you will have success in this role if you are an outgoing effective communicator with strong business acumen and negotiation skills. Desired Competency & Experience: 5+ years background in IT business in UEM, IT Service Management, Security & Infrastructure or similar and completed commercial training with a good understanding of our services. 5+ years' experience in a customer facing role or similar Have existing networks within the Enterprise & Commercial ecosystem is highly regarded Consultancy background is a plus.
