You will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the business. You will be at the forefront of leading a team through discovery workshops, requirement gathering, user story management, product backlog tracking, UAT strategy and planning, test case review. Your ability to facilitate working in an Agile environment will be crucial as you implement complex requirements. Your leadership skills will shine as you manage your team members effectively while scaling up their capabilities. Your hands-on approach will ensure that various business needs are met and aligned with the overall objectives.Key Responsibilities:

Lead the existing team and guide them through Discovery Workshops, Requirement Gathering, User Story Management, Product backlog Tracking, UAT Strategy and Planning, Test Case Review
Ensure all projects are delivered on time with expected quality
Facilitate working in an Agile environment, User Requirement/User Story documentation, UAT and implementation of complex requirements
Manage team members effectively and provide continued guidance to scale up team capabilities
Execute and apply efficient SDLC processes working closely with TECH, Transformation Office, and TECH portfolio management department
Work with a hands-on approach to ensure various business needs and related technology support are met

To succeed in this Technical Product Manager (Insurance) role, you will need to have strong techno functional exposure within Insurance industry.Key Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree/Postgraduate in Management or Business-related areas
At least 10 years of experience in life insurance/banking industry with in-depth understanding of insurance distribution and compensation processes
Experience in both Core and Digital Projects environment
Hands-on working mindset with managing and working with a team
End-to-end understanding of Agile/SDLC and related processes
Experience managing a team size of 5 - 10 members
Experience implementing, supporting, and managing key insurance critical applications such as point of sales, agent/customer portals and applications
