As an M&E R&D Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing innovative mechanical and electrical systems, conducting research to enhance existing technologies, and contributing to the development of next-generation solutions. Your responsibilities will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, conducting experiments, and staying abreast of industry trends to ensure the continuous advancement of products and processes.

Spearheading conceptualization and the development of new products, along with enhancing the design of existing products throughout their life cycle.
Generating 2D production drawings aligned with industry norms, functionality, and production standards.
Analyzing product claims, devising solutions, and driving continuous improvement of products and systems.
Planning, coordinating, and overseeing prototype and field tests, while also contributing to the creation of assembly manuals.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or any relevant field.
Proficient in AutoCAD and SolidWorks.
Strong communication skills.
Knowledge in metal and plastic production technique.
Willing to travel in and out of Malaysia.
