- To assign resources to engagements. The entire process involves a high degree of interdependence and mutual trust between the Scheduling function, projects and individuals.
- Working closely with engagement leads to help meeting our business objectives of delivering improved services and value to our clients
- To ensure that each engagement team is provided with the best team of people, combining industry experience with technical and functional knowledge to ensure maximum commercial advantage;
- Being the single point of contact for all scheduling matters. Aim to strike a balance to prioritize business needs while individuals' preferences are valued.
- Working closely with business leaders to outline any future assignment plans, staffing issues and challenges. Helping Portfolio leaders to make decisions by surfacing any specific hot-skills required, projected resource crunch or supply surplus.
- Provide various management reports on availability and utilization to management on a weekly basis.
- Working closely with other operation functions i.e. Human Resource and Recruitment to manage long term resource planning and provide inputs for sourcing purposes.
- Actively seek out developmental opportunities for growth, act as strong brand ambassadors for the firm as well as share their knowledge and experience with others.
- Respect the needs of their colleagues and build up cooperative relationships.
- Understand the goals of our internal and external stakeholder to set personal priorities as well as align their teams' work to achieve the objectives.

- Degree in Mathematics, Business Studies, Business Administration, Business Management or equivalent
- Minimum 6 years of relevant working experience within Resource Management.
- Have relevant/direct scheduling experience (regional experience would be an added advantage)
- Ability to work in a fast paced, demanding, deadline-driven environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
