Accounting | AP & AR Assurance Analyst - Kuala Lumpur

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Accounting Operations including AP & AR.
• Have a knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and procedures.
• Be able to work on extensive hours during month end closing.
• Have experience in Shared Service.
• Have a good working knowledge and understanding of ERP systems - SAP/ Oracle.
• Have good English communication skills both oral and written.
• Have good attention to detail with good analytical skills.
• Hardworking and willing to learn
• Able to commence within immediately
• Malaysian citizen

• Involving effectively in review of GRNI process and support resolution on aged PO items.
• Preparing month end journal entry accruals to be posted in SAP/ Oracle.
• Monitoring and reviewing the open PO, GRNI process with heavy involvement with different stakeholders.
• Reviewing and approving the monthly balance sheet reconciliations prepared by the Accenture and support on resolving R tag items.
• Analyzing on regular basis, advising for improvements and corrective actions.
• Supporting Balance Sheet Flux commentaries on Quarterly basis.
