Liaise with sub-contractors and consultants, sourcing and calling for a quotation for comparison. Cost estimation, quantity take-off, and claim preparation. Willing to travel and work outstations. Able to work under pressure and independently with minimal supervision. Prefer a candidate who possesses of own transport as site visit. Job Requirements Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Professional Degree in Quantity Surveyor or equivalent.
