Responsibilities: Communicate, consolidate BOM, technical drawings, specifications and documents into RFQ package for costing purposes. Communicate and coordinate with commercial, customer, technical and sourcing team for discrepancy, missing information and technical issues related to drawings and builds. Understand the manufacturing landscape, capabilities, limitations, available technologies to produce parts. Review and evaluate price variance requests from sales or customers. Utilize cost methodologies, tools and appropriate software models and packages to prepare and maintain reliable and accurate data. Investigate and identify cost reduction opportunities through cost analysis review. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and suppliers to improve system/part cost, costing Develop detailed reports on cost/price analysis, including recommending standard cost adjustments. Requirements: Minimum bachelor&aposs degree in Mechanical/ Mechatronic/Manufacturing Engineering or similar Engineering field. At least 3 years' of experience in module assembly from Semiconductor Industry or Industrial Machinery & Equipment Industry. A good understanding of mechanical design and concepts and how materials impact the parts with regards to function, cost, and timing. Possess advance skill/knowledge in module assembly & mechanical component. Able to read and interpret engineering drawings, knowledge of geometric dimension and tolerance standard. Ability to work in a team environment, extremely well-organized and able to consistently meet stringent deadlines of multiple RFQs while working with minimal supervision and sometimes minimal information. Proficient in using Solid Work for jig and fixture design. Strong knowledge of manufacturing process and strong analytical skill, decision-making and problem-solving skills.
