Assisting senior event planners in all stages of event planning and execution.2. Researching and contacting vendors, suppliers, and venues for event requirements such as catering, equipment rentals, and etc.3. Communicating with clients to understand their event needs and preferences, and providing updates on event planning progress.4. Assisting with the creation and distribution of event materials such as invitations, programs, and signage.5. Providing on-site support during events, including setup, breakdown, and resolving any issues that may arise.6. Contributing creative ideas for event themes, decorations, and entertainment options.7. Conducting post-event evaluations and gathering feedback from clients and attendees to identify areas for improvement.Requirements:1. Welcome Fresh Graduates to apply.2.
