- To drive and generate New Business and to retain renewal from assigned portfolio
- To assist Head of Sales in strategic planning and implementation
- To conduct training and briefing of EB products and services to intermediaries/clients
- To provide end to end support to intermediaries/clients
- To offer full cooperation and uphold company’s goals and vision.
- Any other duties as and when deemed necessary
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor‘s Degree, Professional Degree in any discipline
- At least 2 – 5 years of working experience in Sales or Financial Services
- Result-driven, able to achieve the target assigned, and able to work independently
- Good interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage and maintain relationships with intermediaries, and an effective team player.
- Well verse in both verbal and written communication skills – English in particular. The ability to converse in Mandarin and Hokkien is an added advantage
- Possess own transport and willing to trave
- Familiar with the use of AI tools such as ChatGPT for work simplification
