- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 5 - 7 years of actual experiential exposure in human resource with at least 2 years in supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian Employment Law, human resource practices and industrial relations.
- Excellent interpersonal, leadership and communication skills with strong organizational, coaching and people development capabilities. Must be disciplined, assertive and not too soft-spoken.
- Able to handle confidential matters with integrity and discretion. Capable of working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines. Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRMS software systems.
- Able to portrait good and positive-thinking and handle the company's human resource matter in amicable manner.
- Lead and supervise the Human Resource & Admin team to ensure smooth and effective operations.
- Mentor, coach and develop human resource personnel, fostering team growth and capability building.
- Manage end-to-end human resource functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management.
- Ensure compliance with Malaysian Employment Act, Industrial Relations Act and other relevant labor laws.
- Develop and implement Human Resource policies, SOPs and any other Human Resource related matter.
- Handle disciplinary actions, grievances and workplace conflict resolution professionally and fairly.
- Oversee the whole Human Resource Division including handling and processing workers' payroll, leave management, work permit and all other related HR documentation and processes on timely basis.
- Support department heads in manpower planning, training and succession planning.
- Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and welfare programs.
- Collaborate with management on organizational planning and workforce development.
- Review and verify plus coordinate with Finance Division for staff claim.
- Responsible to prepare all relevant Human Resource reports and analysis plus monthly reports for management decision-making.
- Oversee administrative matters including office facilities and general services.
