- Develop and manage comprehensive implementation plans including timelines, resource allocation, risk assessment, and quality assurance.
- Oversee and coordinate with existing IT and software vendors to ensure alignment with project goals and timely delivery of services.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between technical teams and business stakeholders throughout the implementation lifecycle.
- Create and maintain project documentation including requirements, specifications, test plans, and user guides.
- Manage system integration activities ensuring proper configuration, data migration, and system testing.
- Identify potential issues and bottlenecks in the implementation process and develop effective solutions.
- Monitor project progress against established metrics and KPIs, adjusting course as needed.
- Evaluate and manage relationships with software technology vendors and implementation partners.
- Negotiate vendor agreements and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
- Monitor vendor performance and address any service delivery issues.
- Coordinate vendor activities to align with project timelines and requirements.Key Requirements- Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, information system, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in software implementation and project management.
- Demonstrated experience in full lifecycle system implementation projects.
- Strong technical background with hands-on software development experience.
- Proven track record of successfully managing IT vendors and external partners.
- Excellent understanding of project management methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to analyze complex systems and processes.
- Experience with system integration, data migration, and testing methodologies.
- Outstanding communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in financial services industry.
