About our client : Our client is a leading law firm specializing in high-end property development, offering legal services to top-tier developers and investors. Their practice is focused on complex sale and purchase agreements and loan transactions. The office based in Bukit Jalil. Salary : Up to RM3,800 Key Responsibilities : Perform bookkeeping and maintain accurate financial records. Handle full set of accounts (AR, AP, GL, bank reconciliations, journal entries). Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports. Manage payment processing, including issuing cheques, online banking, and payment vouchers. Monitor cash flow and perform monthly bank reconciliations. Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and external stakeholders. Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies. Maintain and update company records, documents, and filing systems. Handle general office administration such as supplies procurement, insurance, and utilities. Prepare and submit SST reports and other statutory filings. Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned. Requirements : Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Minimum 1-3 years of relevant working experience. Proficient in accounting software (e.g. SQL, AutoCount, or equivalent).
