Key requirements include: Involved in R&D to develop new product and improve existing features to meet current demand. End to end project management of new product development to meet the objectives. Engineering calculations and documentation works. Sourcing for materials and components and managing relationship with suppliers to ensure quality and price received. Prototype product testing process including performance evaluation. Collect feedback from customers for future improvement. Degree in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering.
