- Team lead in Agency Strategy driving business initiatives and growth strategies. Plan and manage the activities within the Department’s operational budget.
- Actively lead in the planning, formulation, implementation and monitoring of long and short-term strategies; including the development and management of Million Dollar Agencies, and Leader Strategies. Establish business plan and direction in driving leader and agent performance toward the company objectives.
- Work closely with senior management and relevant stakeholders in driving growth strategies and overall performance management & reporting with the aim to achieve the Company’s business and strategic goals. Identify potential opportunity/ area of improvement/ learning, for strategic planning, management and execution.
- Prepare and deliver management presentations with respect to long and short-term strategies/ initiatives for Agency Distribution, aiming to create/ strengthen a value proposition aligning with the Company’s business and strategic direction.
- Participate in various company-wide business initiatives as required. Follow-up-and-follow-through any actions needed to ensure smooth implementation of strategies and initiatives and ensure timely delivery of key milestones of the implementation plans.
- Promote awareness through events and activities to increase branding awareness of MDA and Growth leaders among agencies.
- Roles and responsibilities are not limited to the list above and may include ad hoc tasks that may arise from time to time.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or any other related field
- Life insurance experience is a plus, especially in Agency Distribution/ Agency Strategy/ Projects Management Office.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant working experience with knowledge in planning and management
