- Bachelor's degree in Design, Industrial Design, Communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in proposal development, presentation design, or sales support.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat Pro.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Fluent in spoken and written business English; Mandarin is a strong plus.
- Exceptional visual storytelling and layout design skills.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects.
- Familiarity with proposal automation tools and content management platforms.
- Strong communication and consultative skills.
- Interest in copywriting and creative marketing.
- Lead and manage the creation of compelling sales proposals and presentations for APAC and global accounts.
- Collaborate with sales teams, subject matter experts, and partners to align proposal strategy with customer needs.
- Design visually engaging content using PowerPoint and other tools that reflect Steelcase's brand and value proposition.
- Maintain and develop a content library to support proposal efforts.
