Scopes:DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

To conduct physiotherapy sessions according to the monthly roster.
To work in the department on-call, out of hours service and staggered hours.
To conduct physiotherapy sessions according to the monthly roster.

To provide professional and efficient services providing high quality and effective patient care.
To monitor the progress of patient treated, provide counseling and instructions for follow-up treatment.
To update timely the progress notes for in-patients and out-patients.
To provide relevant reports to consultants in-charge on progress of patients.
To ensure every patient treated is charged through HIS.
To establish and maintain good rapport and working relationships with all medical users, staff members of all discipline and patients.
To participate in staff training programmes and training courses for other groups of staff and patients.
To keep professionally up-to-date with current research, trends and techniques.
To maintain all necessary statistics and records of treatment methods pertaining to the department and to report the same in a timely manner
To ensure all equipment is safely and regularly maintained and that appropriate records are retained.
To assist in the marketing of available departmental services.
To supervise and guide the Medical Assistant.
