Diploma or Degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing, or a related field.
Good knowledge of Social Media Management and Paid Advertising platforms (e.g., Meta Ads, TikTok, Xiaohongshu (XHS), Google Ads).
Able to generate campaign ideas and content/campaign independently.
Basic video shooting and editing skills.
Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator).
Willing to travel and perform outstation work within Malaysia.

Tanggungjawab

Generate sufficient leads based on project GDV and sales team size.
Plan and control digital marketing budgets efficiently.
Ensure all leads are assigned to the sales team within the timeline.
Monitor and manage project-related social media platforms for smooth operation.
Conduct site visits and market research to stay updated on property trends and competitors.
Communicate and deliver messages effectively, while receiving feedback with an open mind.
