Department: Life Branch OperationsDo you believe the sum of the parts is greater than the whole?We are looking for an undergraduate who requires to undergo internship to assist for Policy Management Individual dept. functions and to perform administrative works, financial & non-financial change requests as and when requires.You'll be responsible for:
  • To perform assessment for financial and update for non -financial changes/amend policyholder’s request
  • To perform refund for Policy Benefits/ Policy Servicing
  • To update document received by create service in system
  • To perform administration work to deliver letters to agent and policyholder
  • To perform of quality work - meet company target and service standard
  • Involve in projects/ Campaigns

  • Internship period is at least 4 months and above
