Role Description The Quality Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing and improving quality control and assurance processes across all production activities. This role ensures that products consistently meet company standards and customer expectations, while complying with regulatory and internal requirements. The manager will lead the QA/QC team, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and work closely with the production team to address quality issues, implement corrective actions, and enhance overall product quality. The role also supports the development of quality systems in preparation for ISO 22000 certification. Job Requirements Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in packaging or related industry. Strong knowledge of quality control systems, SOPs, and product inspection methods. Experience managing internal and external audits, NCR handling, and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA). Familiar with ISO standards (especially ISO 9001 or ISO 22000), experience in implementation is an added advantage. Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to lead a quality team and work across departments. Bachelor&aposs Degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Food Science, or a related field. Able to work hands-on in production environments and manage multiple quality checkpoints.
