At least 5 years' experience in automation testing Competency in providing leadership within test team and sets best practices, approaches and direction for the technical aspects of functional testing, business process testing and test automation practice Experience in writing, executing, maintaining and monitoring automated test suites using a variety of technologies (e.g. Selenium, Nightwatch, Node.js etc) Proficient in using one of the scripting languages : Java, Javascript or Object Oriented Programming Design and implement automation framework Exposure to DevOps environment with CI/CD pipeline Knowledge in source code version control tools such as Git, Gitlab, Bitbucket Experience in performance testing is an added advantage Experience in API test using Postman will be an added advantage Good to have experience in BDD test automation framework using Cucumber Experience in people management Preferably having experience in doing R&D for testing tool Good to have experience in setting up a new test team
