Job Description Pre-plan the sorters/drivers shift arrangement and duty rosters to achieve high efficiencies of the hub Delegate tasks for sorters/drivers based on the operation requirements to ensure timely deliveries Manage inventory and receive inbound parcels from the linehaul team (maintain high level of 5S - Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) Prepare and perform internal reporting and data analysis to support management's decision making Monitor sorters/driver's performance to achieve targeted KPI with high level of customer service provided to the customers Ensure the high compliance of safety policies and standard operations procedures for in-hub parcel collection Requirements Candidates currently based at Negeri Sembilan / Melaka / Johor are encouraged to apply Basic Microsoft Excel skills Experience in logistics operations would be an advantage Familiarity with postcodes/routing/mapping would be of good use Excellent leadership and communication skills Ability to deal with ambiguous situations Fast learner, comfortable with a dynamic environment Diploma/Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or relevant disciplines is advantageous Ability to commit to shift work on a rotational basis Show more Show less
