- Avionics Maintenance & Modification: Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, inspections, and modifications on aircraft avionics systems, including communication, navigation, and flight control systems.
- Troubleshooting & Repair: Diagnose and rectify faults in avionics systems, ensuring compliance with manufacturer specifications and aviation regulations.
- Certification: Issue certificates of release to service following maintenance tasks, confirming that the aircraft meets airworthiness standards.
- Documentation: Accurately complete maintenance records, job cards, and technical logs as per organizational and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor team performance, maintain productivity reports, and escalate issues as needed.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols, ensuring a safe working environment and compliance with Occupational Health Safety and Environment (OHSE) standards.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Aircraft and Sheetmetal Supervisors, Licensed Aircraft Engineers (LAEs) and other maintenance personnel to ensure efficient workflow and task completion
- Educational Background: Diploma or Certificate in Aircraft Maintenance Engineering, specializing in avionics.
- Licensing: Possession of a valid CAAM Part-66 Category ATR B2 Aircraft Maintenance License.
- Experience: Prior experience in aircraft maintenance, particularly in avionic systems modifications, is preferred.
- Must be willing and able to travel to Denmark for mandatory aircraft type training, refresher programs, or supervisory development workshops.
- Must meet passport and visa eligibility for international travel.
- Travel may involve extended stays (typically 6-8 weeks depending on training scope)
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical manuals, schematics, and wiring diagrams; strong problem-solving abilities; and attention to detail.
- Ability to lead avionics teams on different Aircraft at the same time and manage modifications /upgrades (SB`s or STC´s)
- Physical Fitness: Ability to work in physically demanding environments, including confined spaces and at heights.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in aircraft avionics maintenance, repair, and modification.
- Prior work on Part 145 approved maintenance organizations or equivalent (CAAM/EASA/FAA certified).
