With deep multi-cycle experience, QCP Capital unlocks new opportunities for clients at the forefront of crypto markets through providing institutional-grade liquidity, infrastructure and research.This role will support the CFO and will assist in maintaining and developing the function’s capabilities and skills to meet ongoing business growth, needs and plans.Job Description:

Close partnership with the trading desk to provide critical support for trade management, confirmations, and settlement for our full cryptocurrency product suite
Manage trade records and ensure data accuracy across multiple internal systems
Preparation of files for month end closing upload to accounting system (SAP) which includes investigation and working with other teams
Preparing adhoc journals for both expenses and trading activities
Maintenance of chart of accounts and month end opening/ closing activities in SAP
Ensure that fixed assets and ROU schedules are up to date
Support of AP activities including preparation of Singapore’s GST return
Identify areas for improvement and drive changes to improve efficiency and effectiveness of Finance & Operations processes through automation.
Be able to support multiple regions i.e. ability to do shift work
Any other projects or activities to support the team

Requirements

Minimum 1 to 2 years accounting experience/ trade booking experience
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Able to multitask and work independently, as well as be a strong team player
Good communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office packages
Knowledge of or interest in crypto assets or blockchain technology is not necessary but would be advantageous
