He/She would be executing supply chain solutions on providing value added services for an efficient customer management.Develop and uphold customer relationships to achieve executional excellence in business processes.In your Customer Service & Logistics Development Specialist role, you’ll help us deliver better care for billions of people around the world. It starts with YOU.Role Overview & Primary Accountabilities:Leads business planning or tactical calls for key customers to focus on customer replenishment planning/forecasting, supply chain joint programs with customers.Benchmark best practices in the market in related to order to cash processes (OTC), warehousing, inventory and transport and translate that to improvement plans with customers.Manage high service level agreements with key customers and measure /track Joint KPI with key customers. Designs and ensure implementation of service level improvement programs with customers to deliver high service levels.Build effective and sustainable partnership with key customers and provide customize solution. Strategize with operation team to drive outstanding solutions for key customers.Interface with 3rd party logistics provider and key customers including managing customers delivery requirements, handling customer complaints and manage rejections.Good communication & interpersonal skills to manage both internal & external stakeholders.Manage effective customer collaboration program (E.g Representing KC in implant role, proposing customers ordering based on supply and ensuring data accuracy on listing)About UsHuggies®.
