If you are looking to excel and make a difference, take a closer look at us…This role is responsible for loan processing, data entry, case mitigation, customer service, FIS lodgment, disbursement documentation and compliance ambassador in Auto Loan CentreFunctional (job responsibilities)Assist the Centre Manager to oversee daily business operationsReview loan application submitted by EHP, unqualified cases to be reject outrightVerify and process loan application for credit approvalScan VSO, consent form, income document and other necessary documentsPerform thorough KYC via phone interview conversation with loan applicantFollow-up with customer on any pending document for loan approvalCalculate business income from Bank statementData entry and upload necessary documents into LOAD$ systemFollow-up with EHP/dealer on loan processing KIV and advice on loan pricingLoan processing-Review loan application submitted by SMS-Verify and process loan application for credit approval which required system access (RAMCI and FIS / Redbook)-Assist in pricing deviation-Segment cases into processable or non processable-Escalate processable cases to CED; to recommend outright reject non processable cases for Manager’s reviewLoan mitigation-Perform credit evaluation and recommendation-Review cases to see if extra documents are requiredAssist EHP on witnessing and signing of loan agreementAttend to phone or walk-in customer queries and complaintsPerform FIS lodgmentCompile loan documentations according to Bank guidelines for disbursementFollow up with EHP/dealer on funding defectManage sales tracking tools and reportingConduct annual Centre review on fixed asset and dispose obsolete assetResponsible for gift fulfillment on sales campaignPerform monthly stock count on premium itemMaintain positive business relationship with all stakeholdersRecommend or fine-tune processes to improve business operationsMentor and guide new/junior employeeInvolvement in ad-hoc or any other related task deemed requiredManagerialEnsure office equipment and work area are maintained clean, safe and organizedEducation/QualificationMinimum tertiary education or equivalent certificates qualificationGood communication and interpersonal skillsProactive, customer-oriented and able to work independentlyAbility to work in a fast paced environment, under short time constraints and within established deadlinesMinimum 40 WPM typing speed with high accuracyAbility to handle and maintain confidential informationExperienceExperience in administration, customer service or credit processing will be an added advantageAbout Hong Leong BankWe are a leading financial institution in Malaysia backed by a century of entrepreneurial heritage.
