- To carry out sales and Marketing Plan and Engines order planning, to achieve company revenue, growth and profitability.
- Plan in organize customer visit and submit report to sales department management.
- Prepare sales/visit report and submit to sales department on monthly basis.
- Explore new opportunities and recommendation.
- Maintain Sales Database i.e. quotation, client's PO(s), lost sales reports, competitors' activities and to prepare of monthly report based on management demand.
- Monitor and pursue debt collection within a stipulated time frame.
- Focus on Government projects, government agencies and government link companies' projects to improve sales.
- Liaise with Sales Manager, Head of Operations, Sales and Product Support Team for pricing, campaigns, promotions and seminars.
- Liaise with the packaging teams for all necessary job arrangement, stocks, factory acceptance (FAT), deliveries, etc
- Ensure compliance and participation in all ESH and GCAD / related audit matters.
- Maintain, develop and promote the company's corporate image through prompt and swift approved actions in resolving customers problems and complaints.
- Degree in Engineering or related discipline.
- Experience in Sales Engineering within power / generator sector.
- Possess good oral, interpersonal communication skills and analytical thinking in addition to positive aptitude and attitude.
- Fluent in spoken and written in English & Mandarin.
- Able to work and travel independently and have own transportation.
