As the People Services Senior Generalist is responsible for controlling, monitoring, and executing People Services core models, ensuring a One Sanofi, best-in-class service for employees. This role supports employee lifecycle management within the legal framework and Sanofi's corporate policies, maintaining adequate control and minimizing associated risks.Main responsibilities:
1. Data Management & Reporting:

Managing entire MDM & reporting for SEA.
Ensure data quality in Workday
Managing entire MDM & reporting for SEA.
Ensure data quality in Workday
Support in organization related matter in Workday
Support in any Workday related queries in SEA
Provide any monthly and ad-hoc reports

2. Query Handling and Customer Service:

Provide Level 2 support through One Support platform (ServiceNow)
Handle employee queries related to People Services topics
Maintain knowledge databases and support knowledge transfer activities

3. Compliance and Documentation:

Ensure adherence to Sanofi policies, guidelines, and mandatory internal controls

4. Process Improvement:

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and automation efforts
Assist in updating country manuals, work instructions, and SOPs
Support process automation initiatives and adoption
Help identify and drive opportunities for efficiency or automation
Raise change request in Workday

5. Stakeholder Coordination:

Collaborate with internal stakeholders (P&C, Legal, COEs, Facilities, etc.)
Coordinate with external partners (Payroll and T&E BPO partners)
Ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs)

6. Project Management

Any ad- hoc project or onsite support needed

About youQualifications:

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or Data analytic, or related field
2-3 years of experience in HR or related field
Fluency in English required
Experience in a multicultural environment is a plus

Skills and Competencies:

Solid understanding of HR processes and activities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
Knowledge of HR systems like Workday is advantageous
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Customer service orientation
Leadership abilities and teamwork skills
Adaptability and willingness to learn
Detail-oriented with ability to meet deadlines
Awareness of data privacy rules (e.g., GDPR)
