Title: - Operations Support Specialist- Malaysia (Fully Remote) Responsibilities: Provide timely and professional support to clients via email, phone, and other channels. Assist with onboarding new clients and ensure compliance with all regulations. Process client transactions accurately and efficiently. Generate reports and maintain organized records according to company guidelines. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues and optimize operations. Must understand the Payment Process- dealing with PSP (Payment Service Providers), withdrawals from accounts, deposits, and reconciliation. Qualifications: At least 1 year of experience in client/customer support or a related role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, written and verbal. Proficient in using relevant industry software and tools (CRM, communication platforms, etc.). Positive attitude and commitment to providing exceptional customer service. A basic understanding of Meta Trader (MT) 4 or 5 Must have experience working within FX (Forex) Broker or CFD/FX trading industry.
