Tanggungjawab
  • Source and attract candidates using job platforms, LinkedIn, social media and other online channels.
  • Screen resumes and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
  • Draft and post job ads on various platforms.
  • Maintain candidate communication to ensure a smooth and positive recruitment experience.
  • Prepare basic reports on recruitment progress.
  • Work closely with HR team to meet hiring needs.
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
