- Good communication skills in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Organized, proactive, and able to work independently or in a team.
- Source and attract candidates using job platforms, LinkedIn, social media and other online channels.
- Screen resumes and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Draft and post job ads on various platforms.
- Maintain candidate communication to ensure a smooth and positive recruitment experience.
- Prepare basic reports on recruitment progress.
- Work closely with HR team to meet hiring needs.
- Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
