- Conduct tele-calling to recover delinquent accounts using instalment plans, settlements, and composite payments.
- Follow call scripts, collection strategies, and adhere to all regulatory and internal policies.
- Use dialer systems and update follow-up actions in the CACS system. Escalate high-risk cases, potential breaches, and complaints to the Line Manager.
- Recommend field referrals and negotiate settlements to reduce risk and maximize recoveries. \
- Maintain accurate customer records and support post-settlement account management.
- Ensure timely completion of required trainings and e-learnings.
- Comply with money laundering prevention procedures and uphold conduct standards.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and telecommunication tools.
- Familiarity with collection systems (e.g., CACS) is an advantage.
- Detail-oriented with good follow-up and documentation habits.
- Prior experience in collections or recovery roles preferred
