About the role In this role, you are expected to work closely with the hiring manager and play a strategic role in positively influence customers' prescribing behaviour, identifying, and managing business opportunities within the assigned portfolio to meet / exceed sales targets on a given territory. To explore opportunities in targeted HCPs to expand reach and access by introducing company's range of products for the appropriate patients. Job Responsibilities: Work with hiring manager to develop a local strategy and business plan to meet or exceed sales and call execution goals in territory. Drive and regularly monitor sales performance and ensure sales forecasts and assigned budgets meet or exceed territory and assigned portfolio expectations. Analyse market dynamics including competitive intelligence activities on targeted accounts and key competitors in territory. Analyse sales data to improve results and utilize resources effectively. Champion listing of products for hybrid selling either in private or government channel hospitals/clinics/pharmacies and etc within designated territory. Develop new customers, as well as establish long-term relationships with the existing customers. Builds and maintains positive working relationships with medical staff and administrative support staff Organize customer events (i.e., CME, round table discussion, plant visits, etc.) independently or with cross functional departments (i.e., marketing, medical) in line with territory action plan. Arrange appointments with doctors, and pharmacists, which may include pre-arranged meetings or regular &aposcold' calling. Conducts presentations to doctors, practice staff, and nurses in General practitioners and pharmacists in the retail sector Attend team meetings, technical data presentations, and briefings Keep up to date with the latest clinical data provided by the company, and interpret, present, and discuss this data with the healthcare professionals. Keep abreast of the activities of healthcare services in the assigned portfolios. Job Requirements: Must possess a degree in the field of Business / Marketing or any science discipline. Minimum 3 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in a multinational pharmaceutical or healthcare company. Experience in handling various therapeutic area is preferred. Government tender management experience is added advantage. Self-driven individual who is customer-focused and results-oriented, seeks continuous improvement and proactively thinks ahead. Strong interpersonal, communication skill and solution oriented. Effective, agile, enthusiastic to develop business opportunity and work towards delivering results.
