  • Support the development, execution and monitoring of strategic initiatives that enhance customer experience and optimize operations and departmental performance.
  • Conduct internal and industry analysis to identify growth opportunities and operational improvements.
  • Develop and maintain KPIs and dashboards to monitor business performance to ensure timely and effective execution.
  • Collaborate with departments to ensure alignment with strategic goals and committed outcomes.
  • Analyze performance data to identify trends, gaps, insights and improvement areas.
  • Work closely with Head of Departments, senior leaders and counterparts from other divisions and other LBUs.
  • Prepare presentations and reports for executive decision-making.
  • Facilitate meeting, workshops and strategy sessions.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Develop and maintain performance dashboards and scorecard.
  • Track and monitor all key metrics across departments and identify performance gaps.
  • Prepare regular performance reports and insights for Exco and senior management.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and scenario modeling to support business decisions.
  • Identify opportunities for cost optimization, business growth, and process improvement.
  • Facilitate workshops, strategy sessions, and performance reviews.
  • Support communication and escalation of strategic priorities across the division.
  • Ensure alignment of strategic initiatives with regulatory and compliance requirements.
  • Support internal audit and risk management processed related to strategic execution.
JOB SPECIFICATION:Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Strategy, Finance, Statistic or related field.
Experience
  • At least 3 years working experience in strategy, performance management or customer experience roles, preferably in insurance or financial services.
  • Experience in managing strategic projects and performance frameworks.
Knowledge
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Proficiency in data visualization and performance tracking tools (e.g. Power BI)
  • Familiarity with insurance operations, products and regulatory environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and able to produce accurate work under pressure and meeting deadlines.
  • A self-starter, pro-active, committed, mature and motivated worker who enjoys working in a challenging environment.
