Mandarin Tuition Teacher

• Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Degree, Advanced Degree.
• Candidates with a background in education or Chinese language studies will be given preference.
• Fluent in Mandarin, English, optionally Bahasa Malaysia.
• Positive attitude, passionate on collaborative teamwork, Proficiency in basic computer writing and editing skills is required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Mandarin.
• Good problem solving skills, able to navigate unexpected situations or conditions.
• Have excellent teaching organization and communication skills, able to effectively inspire students' interest in learning and guide them to actively participate in classroom activities.
• Exhibit good professional ethics and conduct, able to lead by example and serve as a role model and mentor for students.

• Student Engagement: Motivating and engaging students in learning activities, fostering curiosity, critical thinking, and creativity.
• Collaboration: Collaborating with colleagues, administrators, and parents/guardians to support students' academic and socio-emotional development, attending meetings, and participating in professional development activities.
• Professional Development: Engaging in ongoing professional development to stay current with educational trends, research, and best practices, continuously improving teaching skills and knowledge.
• Student Support: Providing guidance, counseling, and mentorship to students, promoting their personal growth, well-being, and academic success.
