Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an SME Relationship Manager based in Kota Kinabalu. The SME Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs). Daily tasks include assessing and analyzing clients' financial needs, sourcing and onboarding new SME clients, managing loan applications, and offering a range of banking solutions. The role also involves providing professional advice, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements, and achieving performance targets for the growth of the SME portfolio.
