Job Responsibility Responsible for day-to-day IT operations and troubleshooting IT-related issues. Establishing schedules for preventive maintenance and ad-hoc support requests for IT equipment and software. Managing IT asset planning, maintenance, software upgrades, and project-specific tasks. Developing and maintaining technical support documentation and inventory lists for IT assets. Delivering proactive support services for production servers, storage, and network infrastructure. Planning and executing IT infrastructure upgrades. Managing general administration of servers, storage, and network environment. Performing and monitoring scheduled backups. Ensuring uptime and reliability of infrastructure services. Maintaining compliance with IT General Controls and IT audit findings. Overseeing system upgrades/migrations at HQ and outlets. Managing storage allocation and proper storage management. Supporting desktop hardware, software applications, and basic network connectivity. Assisting in hardware and software installations. Working in a team to plan and execute IT projects. Implementing policies and guidelines for IT-related matters. Managing system security and user permissions. Monitoring and maintaining server and network systems. Evaluating and implementing efficient IT solutions. Managing resources, software development, network infrastructure, and office automation. Monitoring and managing servers, photostat machines, phone systems, and IT peripherals. Providing support for hardware and software resolutions. Performing routine system backups.
