Description DOCUMENT CONTROLLER (CONSTRUCTION / ENGINEERING) EXPERINCE MINIMUM: 1 YEAR (FRESH GRADUATE ENCOURAGE TO APPLY) QUALIFICATION: CERTIFICATE, DIPLOMA, BACHELOR'S DEGREE Job Description Coordinate meeting with Consultants, Vendors, Contractors for the company's SOP to ensure the proper documentation and filing system Ensure all documents, drawing, records and files are properly maintained in accordance with quality requirements via electronically stored and / or hardcopy for easier retrieval Compilation of all related documents required by superior Responsible for incoming and outgoing correspondence Manage all projects document control and correspondence folders to ensure full document support given for each individual project Perform general administrative duties including but not limited to photocopying, mailing, filing and answering general queries by phone And all other duties as assigned by superior from time to time Planning, organizing and ability to capture records of all types, communication, result oriented Job Requirement Certificate, Diploma or Degree in engineering, quantity surveying, construction management or any related field Minimum 1 year document control experience in construction industry but fresh graduate is encourage to apply Good computer skills, well-versed with MS Office, AutoCad, Microsoft Project Self-motivated, detailed oriented, dependable and excellent team spirit Able to work in a fast paced and deadline driven environment Good command in Malay and English for both oral and written Preferable local and willing to work in Bandar Sri Damansara, Kuala Lumpur #JPK #JPKR
