RequirementsDiploma or higher qualification1-2 years in customer service line / retail / online sales (beauty preferred)Communicate well in English & Mandarin (Malay is a +++)Fast typing, handle multiple chats, service-minded, confident closingPresentable, friendly, well-groomedResponsibilitiesVia platforms such as Facebook, WhatsApp, Instagram, websites, and emailRespond to customer inquiries promptly, introduce products and services to customers, provide professional advice, and assist with appointments, order placement, and after-sales follow-up.Actively recommend products and achieve sales targets, build good customer relationships, and improve satisfaction and repurchase rates.
