Job Responsibility Create compelling content, including images, videos, infographics, teasers, blog posts and live-streaming sessions to promote events across various platforms. Coordinate monthly email newsletters to sustain audience engagement, featuring event previews, background stories and valuable tips. Organize enticing giveaways to drive traffic and interest in the event, collaborating with exhibitors for sponsorships and gifts. Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing initiatives, making data-driven recommendations for improvement. Draft press releases, articles, and other communication materials to enhance the company's public image. Planning concepts by studying relevant information and materials. Illustrating concepts by designing examples of art arrangement, size, type size and style and submitting them for approval. Preparing finished art by operating necessary equipment and software. Coordinating with co-workers as necessary. Contributing to team efforts by accomplishing tasks as needed. Communicating with managment about layout and design. Creating a wide range of graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, and websites with software such as photoshop. Reviewing final layouts and suggesting improvements when necessary. Job Requirements Minimum Diploma / Bachelor s degree in marketing / graphic design / public relation / mass communication or related field. Proven experience in marketing / graphic design / public relation / mass communication or r in related field. Minimum 2 years of working experience required. Must be able to speak in Mandarin for planning & developing Mandarin creative art (exp: poster). Ability to understand,communicate and create creative art in the Malay and English languages are added values. Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio with a strong eye for visual composition. Proficiency with required desktop publishing tools, such as Illustrator, Photoshop, and Canva Pro etc. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Able to give and receive constructive criticism. Great understanding of marketing, production, corporate identity, product packaging, advertisements, and multimedia design, etc. Ability to follow instructions from supervisors or management Salary is negotiable depending on experience.
