- Be responsible for mobile game live operation technical support.
- Help deliver backend services of the game system.
- Provide technical support and cooperation according to the needs of the internal and external partners.
- Monitor technical indicators of online games running in different regions and provide daily technical reports.
- Troubleshoot live issues of game systems and figure out fixed plans and solutions with the necessary help from the dev team.
- Collaborate with the production live operation, game feature development, DevOps, and QA teams.
- Help develop some features according to requirements, under the guidance of the lead engineer.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science or a related field.
- 2+ years' experience as a software engineer.
- Proficiency in Java programming languages.
- Knowledge about common algorithms and basic data structures
- Familiarity with Linux platform development.
- Familiarity with source version control like Perforce or Git.
- Understanding of network programming and protocols such as HTTP and WebSocket.
- Experience with a relational database such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle.
- Skills in team communication and collaboration and keenness in learning.
