Job Description: Ensure proper cut-off procedures at month-end closing. Adhere to operational KPIs related to Billing, such as billing timeliness and Billing adjustments Attend to escalations involving Billing issues to ensure smooth operations Handle day-to-day operations and transactions in the forwarding area. Data entries (CW1). Responsible for timely invoicing, accuracies of billings, issuance of credit notes, internal expenses report and month-end closing. Ensure timely dispatch of invoices to customers and DGF overseas offices. Supervise Specialist and Senior Coordinator / Coordinator. Any other jobs as and when assigned. We are expecting the incumbent have these qualities: 1-2 years of working experiences as Billing Specialist for Ocean Freight in the Freight Forwarding Business. Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Business Studies or any relevant academic background. The incumbent needs to be well-verse in INCOTERMS, able to recognized rules which define the responsibilities of sellers and buyers. Skillset require includes numeracy, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and great attention to detail. This position is located in USJ 25, Subang Jaya.
