- Lead end-to-end ERP solution implementation, covering project definition, initiation, execution, and closure.
- Interface with stakeholders including project personnel and business users to understand project requirements.
- Develop comprehensive project plans for tracking progress and ensuring timely delivery.
- Monitor project progress and implement changes as needed to maintain project alignment with objectives.
- Document status updates and deliver presentations to key stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment.
- Identify, track, and manage project issues, risks, and escalations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage changes to project scope through formal project change requests.
- Facilitate communication between the client and project team, overseeing workshops, testing sessions, training, and issue resolution.
- Cultivate and manage relationships with clients and all stakeholders to ensure project success.
- Undertake additional activities as directed by management or as necessitated by project requirements.
- Possess a recognized degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields.
- Demonstrate a minimum of 8 to 15 years of experience in managing multiple complex IT projects, with a preference for ERP cloud-based/SaaS implementation.
- Exhibit proficiency in managing cloud-based solution implementations.
- Showcase exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills to cultivate strong relationships with client stakeholders.
- Display excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Proficiently utilize project management tools like MS Project, Clarizen, Jira, etc.
- Possess project management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, etc., which is considered an added advantage.
