Position: Customer Service Associate (Healthcare Project) Language: Cantonese/Mandarin Shift- Rotational shift Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia Pay: 4500 RM Basic + Up To 300 KPI + Up To 300 Night Shift Allowances Requirements: Experience in Customer Service Proficient in English (Preferable B2). Min. SPM Holder. Proficiency in Cantonese/Mandarin Language (Read/Write/Speak). Willing to Relocate to KL Malaysia. Must have valid passport with 14 months validity at-least. Job Description: Ensure service delivered to our customers meets contractual Key Performance Indicator ('KPIs') Clarify customer requirements; probe for understanding, use decision-support tools and resources to appropriately provide resolution to the customer. Maintain basic knowledge of client products and/or services.
