Job Opportunity: Product Manager We are seeking a highly capable and driven Product Manager to join our team and lead the development of innovative digital solutions. This role is pivotal in translating business needs into functional product strategies and ensuring seamless execution across departments. Reporting Line: Product Director / Deputy General Manager of Operations Key Responsibilities 1. Product Requirements & Solution Delivery Analyze business and operational needs to define clear product architectures and functional solutions. Develop comprehensive Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), flowcharts, and user journey maps. Create wireframes or prototypes to guide UI/UX design and define interaction logic. Manage the full product lifecycle from discovery to launch. 2. Cross-functional Coordination & Project Management Lead cross-departmental collaboration involving engineering, design, operations, legal, and customer service. Establish project schedules, define milestones, and manage priorities and resources. Facilitate project meetings, monitor progress, and ensure timely delivery. 3. Requirements Management & Version Planning Support version planning and prioritization of requirements in alignment with business goals. Maintain and manage the product backlog and change control processes. Incorporate user feedback and operational insights into product iterations. 4. Operational Collaboration Understand backend logic and operational workflows to support functional needs. Assist in the use of backend tools for event configuration, reward distribution, and data dashboards. Monitor post-launch performance and recommend continuous improvements. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or higher in Product Design, Information Management, Engineering, Business Analysis, or related fields. Minimum of 3 years' experience in end-to-end product management. Proficiency in prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Axure, Sketch) and flowcharting. Strong analytical and documentation skills with the ability to produce clear PRDs and logic diagrams. Familiarity with platform-based product structures and user behavior logic is preferred. Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese, with experience in cross-border collaboration. Preferred Qualifications Experience in SaaS, entertainment platforms, e-commerce, or online systems. Knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Notion).
