Responsible for the local execution of live stream operations, including but not limitedto planning live marketing activities, participating in product selection for livebroadcasts, live stream process control, and live room management. Responsible forthe overall content planning and execution of various live stream projects to improvelive stream effectiveness and conversion rates, ultimately achieving product salesgoals.2. Responsible for formulating specific live stream content plans and continuouslydiscovering and packaging valuable high-quality content, organizing and planning hottopics to enhance overall content quality.3. Responsible for internal communication and coordination within the department,handling live stream event content planning (product matching, script development,data analysis, content optimization), pre-live preparations, live stream eventmanagement, and post-live follow-ups, ensuring smooth live stream execution.4. Responsible for supervising and controlling various operational details based on livestream traffic, fan feedback, etc., making timely adjustments to fan attractionstrategies, ensuring the continuous achievement of project operational goals, andincreasing fan loyalty.5. Responsible for live stream event marketing planning (including daily activities,Singles' Day, Double Twelve, etc.) and formulating live stream attraction goals andcorresponding operational plans for each period.6. Responsible for following up on various issues that arise during live streams, providingfeedback, and offering reasonable solutions for resolution.7. Responsible for tracking and analyzing live stream data, extracting and summarizinginsights, providing live stream recommendations and optimization strategies throughdata analysis reports, and continually improving live stream effectiveness to increaseuser engagement, activity, fan loyalty, and conversion rates.8. Responsible for building, recruiting, managing, training, and evaluating the live streamhost team, refining business processes, and establishing departmental rules andregulations.Responsibilities1.
