- Manages and maintains configuration of Workday modules for the following areas: - HCM/Recruiting/Compensation/Performance/Talent/Absence.
- Manages, maintains, and support Workday Inbound and Outbound Integrations (E.g. EIB)
- Collaborates with HR subject matter experts and HR business partners on system design decisions, user experience, troubleshooting, process design and testing. Maintain compliance with SOX audit requirements.
- Ensuring successful implementation of new functionality and processes within project timelines and assisting with defining solutions and options for how to best support business requirements with the efficient use of Workday functionalities.
- Research, test and document Workday updates and fixes.
- Prepare, deliver, and schedule Workday reports.
- Minimum 5-7 years of recent experience for Workday systems configuration and troubleshooting for the following modules: HCM, Recruiting, Compensation, Performance, Talent and Absence.
- Proficient in creating and updating Workday Inbound and Outbound Integrations (E.g. EIB)
- Experience designing, testing, deploying, and supporting Workday functionality.
- Working knowledge of HR processes, policies and procedures strongly preferred.
- The ability to learn new technologies quickly.
- Good communication skills - both written and verbal.
