- Drive brand sales and share growth through patient/consumer purchases derived from HCP recommendations
- Lead the development and roll out of strategic plans that provide clear, actionable direction in the respective distributions channels
- Oversee digital marketing initiatives to drive uplift on brand and maximise return on investment
- Analyse consumer and customer behaviours as well as trends, identifying opportunities for optimising strategies and plans to support local markets
- Develop industry-leading data-driven strategy, execution of digital marketing including SEO/SEM, digital media, re-targeting, content distribution, proximity/local marketing, and mobile.
- Create a comprehensive long-term digital/social strategy
- Lead the creation of best-in-class HCP campaigns that are insight-driven and translate science into relevant and compelling communications and programs
- Work effectively across functions to develop and deliver Marketing materials and Sales tool kits that drive strong execution
- Champion the integration of key opinion leader (KOL) activities as part of Marketing plans, collaborating with Professional Services and R&D to identify and cultivate thought leaders and generate educational content to shape and deploy strategic priorities
- At least 7-10 years collective experience in marketing within Pharmaceutical manufacturing industry (OTC, consumer healthcare)
- Must have Fully Registered Pharmacist License
- Manage multiple product portfolio and P&L and directly involved with all aspects of the business
- Oversee and ensure implementation of brand plans in line with the strategic direction of the team
- Experience in driving digital transformation and influence others to reinvent ways of working
- Build customer experience journey and KPI that will address key customer needs
- Demonstrate an understanding of business drivers and an ability to influence them to achieve growth
- Launch new brands and new products. Bring innovations to existing brands and products to market
