- Having knowledge about cosmetics, skincare, hair care and perfumes.
- Able to communicate fluently in Mandarin and English/Bahasa Malaysia.
- Having related background such as Business Management / Digital Marketing / Online Business.
- Responsible and work well in team.
- Grow existing online sales channels through performance marketing
- Assist with management of our own ecommerce stores (E.g: Lazada, Shopee, TikTok, Zalora, website).
- Ensure product listing information is consistent across all online ecommerce stores and products are in stock.
- Use sales data to analyse and produce reports on various online channels to understand the consumer behaviour and trends. Propose new campaigns and targeting opportunities.
- Marketplace sales analysis and market prospecting
- Study the market competitors' activities and industry trends to develop and implement better sales strategy and processes
- Work closely with the marketing team to implement ecommerce initiatives and marketing campaigns.
- Manage inventory, weekly offers/ discounts, and promotional strategies across marketplaces.
- Build and maintain relationships with respective KAM at all marketplaces.
- Identify product, service, or marketplace issues, and resolve them accordingly.
- Oversee customer retention, reactivation, and analyze new brand-appropriate online marketing initiatives and partnerships.
- Work with the management team to brainstorm new ideas and initiatives to drive customer experience loyalty.
