What should you do Responsible for executing all relevant financial close activities and ensuring closing calendar is monitored. Assist in ensuring timely preparation and accuracy of monthly financial closing report and quarterly, yearly closing of management. Assist in ensuring timely and accurate reporting of monthly group consolidation and quarterly reporting pack. Analyse and finalise the month-end closing reports (P&L and BS) and resolve any outstanding issues in relation to inventory and participate in quarterly/annual stock take. Prepare the monthly profit and loss analysis/variance report and comment on fluctuations, and provide key highlights Participate in quarterly and yearly stock take exercise. Responsible for preparing reconciliations for all balance sheet and profit and loss accounts. Assist in preparing the required audit and tax schedules for statutory audits, liaising with external auditors, tax agents, and other regulatory bodies. Responsible for regulatory reporting. Ensure compliance with risk and compliance framework, policies and OSOPMs, ensure internal controls are working effectively. Ensure RPT process is complied with and RPT/intercompany transactions are recorded and disclosed accordingly. Participate in projects/new product launches when required.
