- Develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance product visibility and performance in the OTC drugs/medical device in Pharmacy channel.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure product positioning aligns with market needs and trends.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities.
- Manage product life cycles, including launches, promotions, and discontinuations.
- Analyze sales data to evaluate product performance and recommend improvements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors and pharmacy partners.
- Coordinate with the agency team to execute impactful advertising and promotional campaigns.
- Prepare and present reports on product performance and marketing activities to senior management.
- A degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare, or a related field.
- Proven experience in product management within pharma OTC or medical device industry.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret market data and drive actionable insights.
- Expertise in managing product life cycles and developing marketing strategies.
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder relationships.
- Knowledge of OTC and pharmacy product categories is advantageous.
